2. Data protection

We take the protection of all personal data very seriously, as the operator of the website.  All personal information are treated confidentially and in accordance with the legal provisions, as explained in this data protection declaration.

Of course, our website can be used without your personal data. However, if personal data such as name, address or email is asked, it will be on a voluntary basis. The collected data are never given to third parties without your explicit permission.

We host our website with IONOS SE. The supplier is IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany (hereafter : IONOS). When visiting our website, IONOS collects various logfiles, including the IP addresses. The use of IONOS is based on Article 6, paragraph 1, point f of the GENERAL DATE PROTECTION REGULATION (GDPR). We have a legitimate interest in ensuring that our website is presented in the most reliable way possible. Insofar as a corresponding consent has been requested, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Article 6, paragraph 1, point a of the GDPR and article 25, paragraph 1 of the Data Protection Act, insofar as the consent includes the storage of cookies or access to information in the user’s terminal (for example Device – Fingerprinting) within the meaning of the New German Cookie Law. The consent can be stopped at any moment. Order processing : we have concluded an order processing contract with the above – mentioned supplier.
