Olaf Pointeau has more than 20 years of experience in production and sales management and is specialised in the optimisation of the value chain of small and medium-sized enterprises.

He works with Humans to optimise structures and improve processes in order to position the company in a sustainable way.

To promote organic development, it strengthens the commercial dynamics and redefines the business model. For external development, he assists companies in fusion and acquisition projects. He is specialised in the context of Franco-German business.

Thomas DROSTEN

Managing Director

Result-oriented, pragmatic, professional teamplayer with a long-term entrepreneurial vision. Thomas DROSTEN is a manager with over 20 years of project management experience in production and development (More than 15 years in large or very large international structures and 8 years in smaller companies). He is considered tenacious and result-oriented with great respect for the people he works with.

As an owner - manager he has taken over companies, restructured and modernised into autonomous and flexible organisations. With operational experience in many European countries, he has specialised in the French – German business environment.
