Contexts: transformation, growth, re-organisation (performance optimisation, crisis management, post-merger integration, ...). Deployment throughout Europe - mainly in Germany, France.

Thomas DROSTEN

Managing Director

Result-oriented, pragmatic, professional teamplayer with a long-term entrepreneurial vision. Thomas DROSTEN is a manager with over 20 years of project management experience in production and development (More than 15 years in large or very large international structures and 8 years in smaller companies). He is considered tenacious and result-oriented with great respect for the people he works with.

As an owner - manager he has taken over companies, restructured and modernised into autonomous and flexible organisations. With operational experience in many European countries, he has specialised in the French – German business environment.
